Yes, you can use your own domain name. If you have an existing domain name, you can connect it to our system using Admin settings page. Learn more about connecting your domain to our system. If you don’t have a domain name yet, you can either buy one through us or a third-party provider.

We have early bird offer from 15% to 30% based on the plan selection. We also offer one month for free in exchange for an annual subscription.

The EngineerOps pricing will be charged either Monthly or annually based on the customer’s commitment on the billing policy. The date of registering on the portal and successful payment marks the first date of the package and subsequent billing falls on the same date every month for monthly subscription and for annual billings the start date of the successful payment date will be calculated for the next year billing. If the customer wishes to cancel subscription, then he may opt out of the subscription plan and hence the billing would be automatically cancelled the next billing cycle. If the customer wants to upgrade the plan then the billing would be prorated to the date on which the switch happens.

Protecting the data is our first priority. All your data are encrypted and we use physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC1 certified data centers, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information, and work with third party security researchers to ensure our practices are secure.

Currently we do not have any self-hosted solution but our Premium plan is rightfully designed to satisfy this need with full feature set access.

If the customer wants to add additional user at middle of the billing then the same would be prorated on the date of adding the users.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted for the monthly subscriptions and for the annual subscriptions, Internet banking and UPI will be enabled in addition to the credit/debit cards

We do not offer refunds apart from exceptions listed below. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features. Exceptions to our refund policy: canceling within 48 hours of initial charge will result in a full refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will lose access to paid features and associated data immediately upon canceling.

Yes, GST will be additional to the base subscription plan amount.
